Step into a mysterious room filled with locked boxes... each hiding its own secrets, hidden mechanisms, and clever puzzles. Behind secret doors, you’ll uncover surprising challenges that demand teamwork, sharp thinking, and a good dose of perseverance.
Each Black Box blends mechanical elements with smart technological twists. What seems simple at first quickly reveals itself as a brilliant mix of logic, creativity, and collaboration.
In teams of 2 to 5 players, you’ll race against the clock to open as many boxes as possible. The best elements of an escape room are built into this concept, with one big difference: you can enjoy up to 7 hours of fun and challenge instead of just one playthrough.

How does it work?

THINK TOGETHER AS A TEAM: Split your group into teams of 2 to 5 players and prepare for an intense challenge against your friends or even total strangers.

CRACK THE BOXES: Work together to open as many boxes as possible before time runs out. There are 19 different boxes in total, each filled with unique riddles, locks, codes, mechanisms, and one surprise after another.

SCOREBOARD & COMPETITION: Each team competes for the highest score on the central scoreboard.

DURATION: Opening a single box takes about 15 to 25 minutes on average, depending on how fast and clever your team is 😉. You can book a time slot of 50 or 75 minutes.

With 19 different Black Boxes, spread across our locations in Ghent and Hasselt, no Black Box Battle is ever the same.
During one session, teams usually manage to open 3 to 5 boxes, depending on your skills, teamwork, and the selected game duration. That means plenty of challenges will still remain… giving you more than enough reason to come back and play again!
After your session, you’ll receive a Black Box Battle card, where you can mark which boxes you’ve already opened.
To keep the experience fresh and challenging, the boxes are regularly rotated between Ghent and Hasselt. This keeps each location exciting and gives you the opportunity to eventually discover all 19 Black Boxes.
