Many O'Learys restaurants are owned or operated by franchisees who are independent business owners. This Data Protection Policy does not apply to restaurants, websites, or mobile apps operated by franchisees. For information regarding the processing of personal data by each franchisee, we refer you to the respective restaurant’s data protection policy.
